1. Introduction

Customers’ trust is important for Saunum Saunas OÜ. We want everyone who shares their personal data with Us to feel secure that their data is used according to their expectations. We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide a service to You. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with Your knowledge and on legal grounds.

This Privacy Policy is meant to help You to understand what information We collect and why We collect it.

By downloading, installing, or making any use of Saunum Leil mobile app (“Application”), You acknowledge and agree with the terms and conditions expressed in this Privacy Policy. Our legal basis for processing Your information is the performance of Our contract.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Saunum Leil

The Company does not use Your Personal Data for automated profiling.
